The main difference is the live online lectures and the availability of detailed feedback and support for all tasks in the «Software Testing: Basics and Practice» course. Also, the course covers specific types of testing, such as mobile testing and game testing, there is an additional IT English class and a lecture about employment tips.
The «Fundamentals of Software Testing» course involves self-study of the material. Students are provided with video lectures and feedback only on the first two homework assignments.

Can an application be rejected while studying?

After that, a corresponding letter will be sent to the registered e-mail address.

You can't join a course that's already in progress. You need to register in the next group on the page and wait for the administrator to process the application.

You can submit an application and entrer the test up to 3 times for one group.

How can I ask a lecturer a question and where can I see the group chat during the class on the «Software Testing: Basics and Practice» course?

To ask a question to a lecturer, you should write the question in the chat of the Zoom program while listening to the lecture.
Group chat is not available for the listeners during the lecture, it is displayed only to the lector. Students only have access to the chat with a lector.

To complete the free «Fundamentals of Software Testing» course you need a PC or laptop with an up-to-date operating system, access to the Internet, and it will be necessary to install 3 browsers of the latest version and a program for taking screenshots (for example, SnagIt, Jing).
