Q: Are training systems available for the Linux operating systems family?

Yes, all our training systems are available for Linux systems and work similarly to Windows systems.

Q: What should I do if the details in my personal cabinet are incorrect?

Please contact the Training Center specialists for online support on the website or in your personal cabinet.

Q: Will access to personal cabinet and systems (Mantis, TestRail) be available after the course?

Students who have completed the course will have access to a personal cabinet for one month after the end of the course. Lecture materials and webinar videos are not available after the course. Access to work systems will be closed immediately after 6:00 pm (UTC +2:00 time zone) on the last day of the course. Access to the TestRail system will be closed the day after the deadline for homework #5.

Q: The login and password do not give access to the personal account. What shall I do?

Carefully check the data entered for errors (extra spaces, case, etc.). If the situation does not change, use the password recovery function. If you have additional questions, contact the Training Center's online support on the website or in your personal account.

Q: How and when do I get the access to the training programs?

Access credentials (login and password) to the personal cabinet will be sent in an email from the Training Center after accepting the application for training. Access parameters for the the Mantis system can be found in the personal cabinet on the page of the current group. Access parameters to the TestRail system will be sent by mail on the day of the corresponding lecture #5.
