Jira is a commercial, paid project. Mantis is a freeware system that has flexible configuration options and allows you to configure it not only for working with software products. On the lectures we will definitely show a video on how to create a bug-report in Jira, as well as showing several examples based on this bug tracker. As a part of the webinar, we will also examine the bug life cycle in Jira. Also, as a practice on the course, a project, a dashboard and a bug-report will be created in Jira.
