Video does not play/screenshot does not open. What should I do?

Follow the steps to correct the error:

1. Refresh the browser page

2. Close your browser and open it again

3. Log out of your account and log in again

4. Clear the cookie/cache and follow step 2

5. Reboot your PC and modem

6. Try another browser

7. Try another PC or device

If the problem remains, please send an online support message on the website or in your personal cabinet with a description of the problem and the following data:

– Title and browser version (Google Chrome, version 59.0.3071.104)

– OS version

– File name

– A screenshot or video showing the problem so that we can resolve the situation as soon as possible.
