Personal account glossary

All courses – the section that contains a list of links to the description of all currently available courses in our company. Each course description contains:

1. Course start date (picture – 1);

2. Statuses (picture – 2):

• «You are already accepted/studying» – the current course;
• «New course for you» – a course for which you can apply.

Course page – the page that contains the following information:

• Basic information about the course: the course name (picture – 1), the group name (picture – 2), the dates of the lectures (picture – 3), brief information about the course objectives (picture – 4), number of classes, tests and exams (picture – 5);
• Authorization data (the login and password) for the Mantis system (picture – 6);
• Lesson schedule with the lecture name, number, date and time (picture – 7). The information about the availability of the registration link for the webinar is indicated under the lecture name. The test exam and exam will be available for passing from the indicated time and date until the end of the course. Beside when the lecture  record is ready and the link to it is generated - it will be shown in the graph ( picture - 9) 

• Your progress on the course – a progress bar that displays the attendee’s success in training on the way to obtaining a certificate (picture – 8). It fills in after checking your homework. The progress bar will take into account scores of all homework (bug reports, checklists, description of types of testing, test cases, test plan), facultative assignment and the exam.

Documents – a section in which useful training files are located.

• Useful materials – specific materials for downloading, that are sorted by lectures (examples of the bug description in the bug tracker, video of bugs that are shown in the lecture, files with useful links, sample tasks and other useful materials).

• Glossary – a useful document with the most important terms and definitions along with the explanations of their meanings.

My courses – a section that displays information about courses in progress and completed courses.

• In the process – a subsection of the «My courses» item that contains information about the current course. Here you can see the detailed information about the course.
• Completed – a subsection of the  «My courses» item that contains a list of already completed courses with such information: the course name, group number, dates of classes.

My profile – is the section that contains the personal information that you provided during the registration for the course. Here you can upload your photo, change personal data or the password.

• Your courses and certificates – the information block displayed in the «My profile» section (picture – 1). Here you can save the certificate on your PC in case of the successful course completion, after entering and confirming your personal data.

• «FAQ» – ссылка на страницу с часто задаваемыми вопросами на нашем сайте;
• Public link – this is a link to a page with information about successfully completed courses. The page contains a detailed course description, the course results. It can be used for distribution to external resources.

News – this block contains important Training Center announcements and all changes that may occur during the training process . The section also contains the homework deadlines and links to video recordings of lectures . The file must be downloaded to view the full lecture.

Tests – the section that  contains a list of tests and homeworks for the current course. Those tests are displayed on the «Available for passing» tab:

• Homework (picture – 1) – a block for passing the practical tasks. While passing tests on homework, it is necessary to attach the appropriate files for verification by the Training Center specialists (picture – 2). Files must fully comply with the requirements that are specified in the homework description. The block becomes unavailable after the expiration of the homework deadline. The homework deadline is displayed next to the name of each test (picture – 3).

• Test – a block for self-testing, you can take the test up to 10 times. This block is available until 6 p.m. of the last day of the course.
